eIC includes:
• a Launch pad facility for businesses that are primarily home based, but may require services such as a drop in service and business address
• an incubator facility aimed at start up IT companies, that comprises 36 incubator units
• commercial/grow-on space for businesses that require the services of e-ic but are too large for an incubator.
Launched in January 2006, the state of the art e-Innovation Centre, located just off Junction 4 of the M54, offers fully furnished office accommodation, with free parking and easy access.
Voted ‘Best Designed Place’ by the Building Design Partnership in its 2006 Annual Review, the talent of the architectural design team is recognised in respect of architectural ambition, design vision and innovation
The purpose of the e-Innovation Centre is to support the creation and development of new
technology and innovative businesses in Shropshire and the West Midlands by providing accommodation
and services backed by a regional University that encourages innovation and enterprise.
